Dr. Patrick Bell joined Great Lakes Eye Institute upon graduation in 1982 from Ferris State University, Michigan College of Optometry in Big Rapids, Michigan. He specializes in optometry, low vision care, and ocular disease.

Dr. Bell is a member of the American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association, Michigan Eye Associates, Saginaw Valley Optometric Association and has a diagnostic / therapeutic pharmaceutical agent’s certification.
